Ruben McNeill Sr. Obituary

We are sad to announce that on August 17, 2021, at the age of 81, Ruben McNeill Sr. (Plainfield, New Jersey), born in Maxton, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, David McNeill and Alinger McNeill; and his daughter Clara Ruth McNeill Stanton. He is survived by: his wife Clair McNeill; his sons, Ruben McNeill, Jr., Carl (Debra), Eric (Regina), Jeffery McNeill (Angela Murphy) and Victor Stevenson (Jacqueline); his grandchildren, Paris, Daisah, Simona, Brittany, Jazlyn, Jalyn, Johara, Amirah, Sarai, Mekhi, Greg McNeill, Brittie Griffin, Richard Barksdale, Daniel, Ry-Sean, Dy-Sean Heyward, Saquan Palmer and Qudir Stevenson; and his sister Mary "Gayle" Lewis (Richard). He is also survived by other relatives and friends.

Even during times of social distancing, anyone who has suffered a loss deserves love and support more than ever before.
