He was predeceased by: his parents, Lucille Gaither and David Gaither; and his siblings, Doris (Davida), Gary and Dewey.
He is survived by: his siblings, Patricia Ross of Dover, DE and Waverly Gaither of Plainfield; his sister-in-law Victoria Gaither of Columbia, SC; and his close friend Elizabeth Green. He is also survived by two nieces, five nephews, several great nieces and nephews, and a host of cousins and other relatives, and friends.
