He was predeceased by: his parents, Gladys Slover and Henry Clay Slover; and his brother Bill. He is survived by: his wife Darina; his children, Patti Defilippis (Leonard) of Ridgefield, WA, Susan Gibbs (John) of Denver, CO, Janet McLain (Michael) of Bend, OR and Peter Slover (Catharine) of Dripping Springs, TX; his brother-in-law Krum Wekilsky; his niece Christine Wekilsky Marchi; and his nephew Eric Wekilsky. He is also survived by the many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Spring Branch Presbyterian Church (1215 Campbell Rd, Houston, TX 77055).
