He is survived by: his wife Wanda Rodriguez; his children, Selina Frasier (Jason), Christina Aviles (Edwin), Peter Rodriguez (Emily), David James Rodriguez (Bethany) and Silas Rodriguez; his sisters, Mary Rodriguez, Carmen Rodriguez and Sonia Guzman; and his father-in-law Benjamin Nieves (Nancy). He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
