She was predeceased by: her parents, Frances Koncur and Karl Koncur; her husband John Moreland Hayes (Jack); her siblings, Pauline Klunder (John), Charles (Helen), Joseph (May) and Walter Koncur (Mary); and her niece Helen Ann McCoy (Max).
She is survived by: her daughter Nancy Hayes Blickensderfer (John Raymond Blickensderfer); her grandsons, Philip Moreland Blickensderfer (Ashley) and Andrew Duncan Blickensderfer (Tara); her great grandchildren, Lillian Mae, Amelia Grace and Ethan Areddy Blickensderfer; her nieces, Frances Klunder and Diane Koncur; and her nephew Joseph Koncur (Noreen).
