He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Johnson of East Orange, NJ; his daughters, Saundra Wilson, Jacqueline Wilson-White and Valerie Parham; his son-in-law Mark; his grandchildren, Wanakee, Norvel II, Naomi, Noreen and Nichele; his great grandchild Machai; his siblings-in-law, Harriet Wilson, Carol Webb and John R. Alston, Sr.; and his pet Lucky. He is also survived by many nephews, nieces, cousins, relatives and friends.
