He was predeceased by: his parents, James Richard Thomas, Sr. and Mary Louise Nelson Thomas; and his brothers, Richard and Chucky Thomas. He is survived by: his children, Toinette Woods and Morris Woods of Atlanta, GA; his sisters, Shelley Thomas of Plainfield, NJ, Lotoya Edwards of Plainfield, NJ, Tiffany Edwards of Plainfield, NJ, Darby of Edison, NJ, Allison Mitchell of Raleigh, NC, Kelly Thomas of Charlotte, NC and Latoya; and his aunts, Susie McCoy, Etta Nelson, Helen Martin and Eval Toni Nelson. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins family and friends.
