He was predeceased by: his parents, Antonio Mazzetta and Concetta Mazzetta; and his siblings, Gelardo, Frank, John, Joe, Albert, Louis, Margie, Theresa, Fanny and Sadie.

He is survived by: his brother Sal Mazzetta; and his nephew Anthony Mazzetta. He is also survived by his loving nephews, nieces.
