He was predeceased by: his wife Carmen Ruiz; and his brothers, Nery Rolando Alvarez and Carlos Enrique Alvarez. He is survived by: his son Emilio Castellanos (Danielle Tavares); and his grandchildren, Ethan, Aeden and Aanabella Castellanos.
