He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Winnie Faye Clark and John Clarence Clark. He is survived by: his children, Malachi and Faith; his parent Debra Ann Clark; his siblings, Denzel, Damon Clark and Kelly Clark; his aunts, Brunella, Roberta and Corliss Clark; his uncle John Clark; his cousin Melody; and his nieces and nephews, Lorenzo, Mateo and Valentina Clark.
Masks and social distancing have been requested by the family and are required in Funeral Home and Church.
