We are sad to announce that on September 26, 2020, at the age of 94, Hannah K. Baltimore Jordan of Plainfield, New Jersey, born in Front Royal, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her son Lance Corporal (USMC) Kent Jordan; her parents, Sampson Baltimore and Maude Dean Baltimore; her siblings, James Philip, Charles Howard Baltimore (Alice), Henrietta "Polly" Baltimore, Louise Charlotte Ausberry (Henry), Melindy Baltimore, Sampson "Bones" Baltimore, Jr. (Margaret), John Calvin "Buddy" Baltimore, Mary Alice, Elsie and Baltimore Folkes (Samuel); and her siblings-in-law, Marian "Moonie" Jordan Scott, Marguerite Jordan, Ethel Jordan, Edward Jordan, Jr., Warner Russell, Jr., Freddie Warren Nicholas, Sr. and Roy Robinson.

She is survived by : her husband Isaac W. Jordan; her daughters, Anita Jordan and Karen Jordan; her grandchildren, Kahanna Ademu-John (Justin), Marcus Jordan and Kaylana Jordan; her great grandchildren, Faith Anaya Ademu-John and Hope Amira Ademu-John; her sister Shirley "Bitsy" Robinson; and her sister-in-law Francis "Fay" Nicholas. She is also survived by Nephews, Nieces, Cousins other loving Relatives.
