Small of Plainfield, New Jersey, born in Jersey City, New Jersey, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 4, 2024 at the age of 70. She was predeceased by: her parents, Laverne Johnson and Edward Small; her aunt Delores Lewis; her uncle James Lewis; her sister Diana Yorker; and her nephew Jerome Yorker.
She is survived by: her children, Darnell and Chinyere; her grandchildren, Marcus-James and Leila Marie (family: Yolanda Troy, Desmond, Jahlil, Zymir, Jada, Sorayah); her sister Laverne Shelton; her brother-in-law Robert Shelton; her nieces and nephews, Michelle, Lynn Ann, Andrea, Robert Shelton, Jr., Randal Yorker (Carmen, family: Jade, Diamond, Ivory) and Valerie Yorker; her great-nephew Terrence; and her cousins, James Lewis Jr., Irving Lewis, Josephine, Wayne Lewis and Valerie. She is also survived by other daughter and family.
