She was loved and cherished by many people including: her mother Geneva Perry; her aunt Blanche Perry Hall; her former husband Alonzo Dicks; her sons, Phillip Dicks, Darnall Dicks and Stephen Dicks; her husband William D. Barksdale; and her uncle Julius C. Perry.
