Melton; his daughter-in-law Aminah Abdul-Khabir (Yah-Yaa); his grandsons-in-law, Samir and Zayd Abdul-Hakim; his cousin Russell Hall; and his siblings-in-law, Mildred E. Melton, Delton Bond, Barry Eure and Tyron Bond. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
