It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elke J. Biddulph of Plainfield, New Jersey, who passed away on November 15, 2022, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her father Stan Serbanica; and her siblings, Diana and Peter (Jane). She is survived by: her husband Keith; her daughter Kim; her granddaughter Caeley; and her siblings, Mihai, Stan Jr. (Cathy) and Christine (Michael).
