She was predeceased by: her husband Gerald Bruce McNish; and her brothers, Louis Addison Waters, Jr., Robert Benton Waters and George Bausch Waters. She is survived by: her children, Bruce and Betsy M. Herman of Plainfield; and her grandsons, Matthew M. McNish and David A. Herman.
