He is survived by: his friend Horace; his mother Claire Freeman (Williams); his wife Patricia Hunte (Anderson); his son Donavon Hunte; his stepson Dean Bardowell; his siblings, Marcia Burnett (Franklyn Burnett), Edmond Hunte and Charlene Swaine (David Swaine); his grandchildren, Nayla Hunte, Jade, Jianna and Braden Bardowell; his aunt Lucille; his nephew Andre Hunte; his nieces, Charlene, Tameka and Camille Burnett; and also Hervin. He is also survived by cousins, family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, a donation can be made in Eddie's memory to the American Kidney Fund.
