She is survived by: her husband Elmore Rouland; her children, Victoria G. Washington, Abigail, Elizabeth, Bridgette Regena Rouland, Faye Elaine Bowers and Elmo J.; her brother Harvey L. Brown (Juanita); and also Patricia Foster.
