She is survived by: her husband Otis Forney; her children, Otis 'Odie' Forney, Jr., Dorian 'Lisa' Walden (Michael) and Jewell Forney; her siblings, Naomi Douglas and Frederick Lester (Vicki); and her grandchildren, Asjha Jones, Shante, Briana, Michael, II, Walden, Andre, DeLoach, Kyle and Angel LaPorte. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
