He is survived by: his children, Carl and Dana Williams; his goddaughters, Antoinette Cabbell and Ashley Rowland; his grandchildren, Sheena, Carl Jr. and Daniel; his great grandchildren, Amoni, Kylie and Daniel; his siblings, Grace Kinney-Thomas, Lucille Williams and Otto Williams, Jr. (Shirley); and his close friend Vanessa Jordan. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
