He is survived by: his sons, Charles Adams (Stephanie) of Savannah Georgia, Michael Mack (Kimberly), Jonathan Woodbury (Angelica) and Damien Woodbury (Nilay) of Chicago; his grandchildren, Chaz Adams, Cameron Adams, Shanika Mohammed, Jared Mack, Michael Mack, Jr., Jermaine Blackwell, Santiago Woodbury, Joel Woodbury and Pelin Woodbury; his siblings, Culbert Jackson, Jr. (Bessie) of Piscataway, NJ, Albert Jackson (Charlotte) of Plainfield, NJ, Doris Jackson Moore (Harvard) of Clarkton, NC, Theresa Jackson Jones of Winston-Salem, NC and Sharon Jackson of Ewing Township, NJ.; his cousin David Jones; and his friend Grady Kiser. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
