It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carolyn Gilmore Whitley (Plainfield, New Jersey), who passed away on January 10, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Gilmore and Ethel; and her siblings, Christopher Gilmore, Harley Picou, Jr., Betty L. Robinson and Yvonne Picou.
She is survived by: her daughters, Kelly Whitley-Price, Kia Whitley-Wright (Michael) and Kari Whitley-Saunders (Marcus); her grandchildren, Karli, Jonathan Price, Alixandria Wright, Christian, Iyiana Warrick and Kai Saunders; and her siblings, Roye-Ann Hargrove-Wallace, Tena Gilmore, Corenthia Picou, Dolores Dance, Raymond Gilmore and David Gilmore. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends.
