She was predeceased by: her parent Isabela Miller; her husband James Blake; and her son Derek Alvin Blake. She is survived by: her sons, Arthur (Marcelina), Jonathan (Pauline) and Bernard (Cynthia); her grandchildren, Dwayne, Lori, Justin (Angela), Alyssa, Chantel, Keysha, Jasmine (Kory) and Schuntia; her great grandchildren, Mia, Anai, Shane, Elijah, Anthony, Anhai, Blake Alvin and Kory Jr.; her daughters-in-law, Marjorie Blake and Stacey Blake; and her godson Leonard Trapp Jr.. She is also survived by four great-great grandchildren.
