Howard; her children, Clarence Hoover (LaSonja), Jason Belin (Nakera), Cleo Ruff (Rahaman) and Maria Harris (Nate); her grandchildren, Aliyah, Rahaman, Jr., DeQuan, Clarence, Jr., Kiara, Rashan, Kayla Sherman, K'Cee and Jada; her great grandchildren, Evan and Milani; and her siblings, Gloria James, Charles Hoover (Martha), Michael Hoover, Sr. (Mary), Curtis and David Hoover. She was also cherished by nieces, nephews and friends.
