He is survived by: his mother Shirley Fogg of Pittstown; his sisters, Sheryl Basile and Melissa Fogg of Clinton; his son Jason Apgar; his grandchildren, Summer of Forked River, Kendyl of Forked River and Wyatt of Forked River; his nephew Christopher Erwin; his wife Julie; his great-niece Samantha of Flemington; his nephews, Tristan Downey of Califon and Elijah Downey of Califon; his niece Melissa Erwin of Jersey City; his father Thomas; his brother David; his brother-in-law Reggie Basile; his grandparents, Thomas Fogg, Constance Fogg, Roy Vreeland and Ellen Vreeland; and also, Judi Cook of Coatesville, PA. and Neville Austin of Coatesville, PA..
