He was predeceased by: his father Sebastian Battaglia. He is survived by: his mother Joan Battaglia; his daughters, Cassandra and Liza; his wife Dorothy Battaglia; his daughters, Rachel Battaglia and Katherine Holland-Ortiz; his sister Barbara Manchester; his grandchildren, Isaiah, Johanna and Polaris; and his pet Maddie.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Steve's name may be made to Common Sense for Animals Shelter, in Stewartsville, NJ.
