He was predeceased by: his parents, Francisco Seda and Venera Toro (Carmen A. Baez). He is survived by: his sons, Nelson Seda, Jr. (Rita) and Clayton Seda (Anita); and his siblings, Samuel, Talado Seda, Carmen and Milagro Seda. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
