He was predeceased by: his wife Sandra Van Deventer Eaton; and his brother John Eaton. He is survived by: his daughters, Denise Brimmer (Jon) of Cape Coral, Frances Edwards (Michael) of Glen Gardner and Jennifer Eaton of Brick; his grandchildren, Logan Brimmer, Sydney Van Tine, Samantha Weinhofer, Kirk and Kory Edwards; and his great grandchildren, Harper, Ember Brimmer and Magnolia Van Tine.

Donations may be given to the Hunterdon County Food Bank or Meals on Wheels.
