He was predeceased by: his wife Angela D'Avanzo; his mother Marita Bridge D'Avanzo; and his sister Marita Walters. He is survived by: his sister Paula Dunn; his children, Richard D'Avanzo and Carla Roselle (Tony); his grandchildren, Brianna (Andrew), Shaina (Andrew) and Nicholas; and his great grandchild Cole.
