He was predeceased by: his parents, Adam J. Alt, Sr. and Clara Zeitler Alt; his brothers, Charles, Norman and Edward Alt; and also Ruth.
He is survived by: his wife Ruth Engeman; and his children, Carol Schierbaum, Bonnie Stryker (Tom), Dale Bellai, Gail Melvin (Bill), Robert Alt (Robyn), Janice Alt, Jeanne Alt and Jeffrey Alt (Melody). He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren, sixteen great grandchildren, one great-great grandchild and several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Adam's memory may be made to a charity of choice.
