She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd "Bill" and Joan Sweet; her spouse Michael K. Hars; and her father-in-law Michael A. Hars. She is survived by: her daughters, Alyssa and Kerry; her pet Gracie of Pittsgrove, NJ; her siblings, Phill Sweet (Susan) of Wellsboro, PA and Sally Cooney (Chris) of Athens, PA; her mother-in-law Lorraine Hars of Rockaway, NJ; and her brothers-in-law, Patrick Hars (Laura) of Mt. Olive, NJ and Bruce Hars (Diane) of Alexandria, LA. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, a Scholarship Fund Honoring Mike and Sue Hars has been established with Schalick High School.
