She was predeceased by: her father Joseph Hayes; and her sisters, Betty Sawyer and Joanne Harvey. She is survived by: her mother Hazel L. Massey; her husband Roberto Diaz of Pittsgrove; and her children, Anita Hernandez of Bethlehem, PA, Ismael Hernandez II of Bridgewater, IL, Robert Scott Diaz of Pittsgrove Twp and Varonica Diaz of Pittsgrove Twp. She is also survived by ten grandchildren and a great-grandson.
