He is survived by: his wife Susan; his children, Steven Noel Jr. (Birgit), Crystal Noel and Rochelle Workman; and his siblings, Mark Noel Jr. (Lucellia), Allen Noel (Gayla), Mary Noel, Lisa Ripa (David), Joe Noel (Brighid) and Anne Sheppard (Mark). He is also survived by several grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.

Viewing will be held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Adams Funeral Home (64 Broad St, Woodstown, NJ 08098). A funeral service will be held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
