He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Hall and Mary Hall (Gilbert); his siblings, Judy, Ruthann Hall-Magnan, Joyce Hall-Jamieson, Betty Hall-Wagner (William Wagner), Clifford Hall and Victor Hall; his nephews, Charles Hall and Robert Wagner; and his brother-in-law Ronald Hoolahan, Sr..
He is survived by: his daughters, Jennifer Hall and Rebecca Hall-Markert; his grandsons, Michael Markert, Jr. and Donald "DJ" Palm, III; his sister Julia Hall-Hoolahan; and his former wife Denise Jaggers-Hall.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Rone Funeral Service (1110 E Chestnut Ave, Vineland, NJ 08360). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Rodger may be made to his family.
