He is survived by: his parent Rita Jean Hoffman (Heim); his children, Sandy Allsebrook (John) and Nick Messina (Debbie) of Pittsgrove; his grandchildren, Haley Allsebrook and John Allsebrook III; his brother Dennis Hoffman (Carol) of Little River, SC; and his nephew George Hoffman.
