He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Luke Noel and Sarah Noel (McMullen); his children, Mark, Jr. (Lucellia), Allen (Gayla), Mary, Steven (Susan), Lisa Ripa (David), Joseph Sheppard (Brighid) and Anne Sheppard (Mark); his siblings, John Noel (Jack), Rose Stairs, Joy Miller and Sally Ann Arbogast; his wife Mae; and his siblings, Margaret Knopp, Theresa Reffner, Anthony, Jude (Tad), Innocent, Bernard and Marcellus Noel. He was also cherished by 20 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren.
