He is survived by: his father Leon Parsons, Sr.; his children, Sydney Parsons of Elmer and Lauren Osborne of National Park; his brother Jeffery Parsons (Donna) of Franklinville; and his grandson Stewart Osborne. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, friends and extended family.
