She was predeceased by: her husband Edward F. Pitman, Sr.; and her sons, Edward Funk Pitman, William Charles Pitman and Timothy Dale Pitman. She is survived by: her children, James Earl "Doc" Pitman of Bridgeton, Donna Lynn, Paul Herbert and John Michael Pitman of Philadelphia; and her sister Faye Brady of Clayton. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
