He was predeceased by: his parents, John Mihalecz and Antonina Mihalecz; his son John Mihalecz Jr.; and his siblings, Joseph Mihalecz, Walter Mihalecz, Jennie Benner and Florence Rainear.
He is survived by: his spouse Jane Mihalecz; his children, Karen Bell (Bill) of Pittsgrove Twp, Sandy Comparri (Joseph Sr.) of Pittsgrove Twp and Michael C. Mihalecz (Sarah) of Alexandria; his brother Stanley Mihalecz; his sisters-in-law, Teresa Mihalecz, Charlotte DiMatteo and Ann Hunt; his grandchildren, Erin Comparri, Joseph Comparri, Jr. (Heather, Nicholas Stoner), Jessica Dinovi, Colleen Bell and Sommer Bell; and his great grandchildren, Hailey Comparri, Harper Comparri, Hazel Comparri, Trent Moorman and Rylee Moorman. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations in memory be made to Willow Grove United Methodist Church, 1845 Parvin Mill Road, Elmer, NJ 08318.
