He was predeceased by: his parents, John Bell and Georgie Bell. He is survived by: his wife Jean Watt; his son David; his daughter-in-law Debra Bell; his daughter Brenda Hoffman; and his grandchildren, Katherine Bell and Derek Hoffman.

Due to Covid-19 restrictions, funeral services will be private.
