Armstead of Pittsgrove Twp; his sons, Charles Armstead of Pittsgrove Twp and Jeff Armstead, Jr. of Pittsgrove Twp; and his siblings, Susie Brown of Millville, Linda Pryor, Cynthia Brown, David Brown, Curtis Brown, Stanley Brown, Barry Brown and Lorenzo Brown. He is also survived by six grandchildren and a great-granddaughter.
