She was predeceased by: her parents, Edson Creamer and Elaine Creamer (Wilbur); her husband Paul James Fava; and her siblings, Lori DiGregorio, Darren Creamer and Edson Creamer.
She is survived by: her son Phillip Fava; her nephew Anthony DiGregorio (Melissa DiGregorio); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Adrianna, Rian, Blaise and Jayce.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Gwen's memory to Spicer-Mullikin Funeral Homes to help offset funeral expenses.
