It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Doris E. Batten (Pittsgrove, New Jersey), born in Bridgeton, New Jersey, who passed away on October 18, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles C. Garrison and Doris M. Brown Garrison; her husband Clarence W. Batten; her children, Charles Batten and Bonnie Batten Pacheco; her sister Shirley Cossaboon; and her grandson Charles "Chip" Doka.
She is survived by: her daughter Karen Drummond of Newport; her granddaughters, Cynthia Weil-Panas (Ken) of Hammonton, Susan Cacciamani (Michael) of Newport and Nancy Young (Lloyd) of Cedarville; and her sisters, Pat Kuhn of Landisville, Jane D'Amore of Millville and Gale Conshenti. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Doris's memory to the Fisher Center for Alzheimer's Research, 110 East 42nd Street, 16th Floor, New York, NY 10017.
