He was predeceased by: his parents, William Rains and Dora Jane Hall Rains; his son Bruce Eugene Rains; his siblings, Betty Peters, Earl Rains and Jimmie Rains; and his pet Lyzah.
He is survived by: his wife Ida Belle Rains of Pittsgrove Twp; his siblings, Harl Raines and William "Rock" Rains (Donna) of Slater, SC; his grandchildren, Ashley M. Rains of Monroeville and Christopher B. Rains (Megan Frank) of Pennsville; and his pet Buster Rains. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
