He was predeceased by: his wife Adelaide V Hoffner; and his brother Christopher Dale Hoffner. He is survived by: his sons, Rick (Leigh) of Ocean Springs, MS and Jim (Cathy) of Shamong, NJ; and his granddaughter Kristyn. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Gloucester County Habitat for Humanity.
