He was predeceased by: his wife Pamela; his son James P.; and his parents, William Flaherty and Mary Flaherty. He is survived by: his sons, William (Theresa) and Philip, Jr.; his grandchildren, William, David (Kelly Ann) and Jessica; and his great grandchild James.
