We are sad to announce that on December 31, 2024, at the age of 54, Melodey A. Kleva-Forchic (Pitman, New Jersey), born in Pawtucket, Rhode Island passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her husband Mark Forchic; her children, Ella and Gavin; her parents, Jerry Kleva and Sharon Kleva; her sisters, Lisa Cook and Jennifer Santanello; and her children, Mercy Parish, Lady of Lourdes and NJ.
Viewing was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Kelley Funeral Home (125 Pitman Ave, Pitman, NJ 08071). A Mass was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church (500 Greentree Rd, Glassboro, NJ 08028). A graveside service was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 11:45 AM to 12:15 PM at the Hillcrest Memorial Park (550 Delsea Dr, Sewell, NJ 08080).
