She was predeceased by: her husband Thomas J. Harkins; and her brother George Ghegan. She is survived by: her son Forrest Gary Urban (Terri) of Cherry Hill, NJ.; her granddaughters, Terri, Jennifer and Katie; her great grandchildren, Mykaela, Thomas, Kamryn, Hayden and Alex; and her sister Alberta Brown (late Joseph). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to the Almonesson United Methodist Church, 1680 Almonesson Road, Deptford, NJ 08096.
