He was predeceased by: his wife Carol Lee; his parents, H. Leonard Budd and Edith Budd; his sister Sue Gilmore; and his granddaughter Brielle Lindner.
He is survived by: his children, Steve Eckman (Kristin) and Holly Lindner (Michael); his grandchildren, Nicole Collins (Patrick), Brenna and Angelina Lindner; and his siblings, Lynne Henry and Bruce Eckman (Shelly).
