She is survived by: her children, Clinton Carter, Jr. (Kathy), Cynthia Bill and Cheryl Edmunds (Scott); her grandchildren, Zachary Baer (Jennifer), Clinton Carter III (Christina), Michelle Sees (Matthew), Aaron Baer (Joelle), Daniel Edmunds and Traci Edmunds; her great grandchild Ezekiel Sees; and her siblings, Wayne Hurff (Karen) and Ruth Wescott.
